Front Street Shari'a Resource Fund Ltd.
The Fund’s investment objective is to provide holders of Participating Shares (“Participating Shareholders”) with long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in securities of small and medium sized business entities in a range of natural resource sector industries. The Fund will operate within the requirements of Shari’a as interpreted by a committee composed of internationally recognized Islamic scholars and advised by Ratings Intelligence (the “Shari’a Consultant”). “Shari’a”, refers to Islamic Law as interpreted by the Shari’a Committee.
